Returns and Refunds
Have you purchased a product online but changed your mind? No problem!
* Notify our customer support within 24 hours of receiving the product!
* Remember: the products must be intact and sealed in their original packaging * Send the package, with the courier you want, to the address we indicate in assistance.
After evaluating the conditions of the return, you will receive a refund of the price paid for the purchase! Upon receipt, the package must not be unpacked.
Conditions to be able to make a return:
1. The return can be made within 14 days from the date of delivery of the goods to the buyer;
2. Returned items must be unused and preferably in the original packaging. We do not accept returns on items that have already been worn, damaged, washed or altered in any way. We do not accept returns of products lacking the label and tag;
3. Shipping costs are not refunded;
4. The shipping costs for making the return are borne by the customer;
5. Products purchased on SALE or LOW COST cannot be returned;
6. The amount of the returned products will be credited back within 14 working days following receipt of the return, using a purchase voucher.
IMPORTANT: in the event that the customer took advantage of FREE shipping costs in the initial order and the return amount causes the value of the initial order to drop below the € 60.00 threshold, SHIPPING COSTS WILL BE WITHHELD OF €7.90.
